My opinion would be:
Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address
Kennedy’s “Ask not what your country can do for you” speech
King’s “I have a dream” nytebreid
I would say:
Martin Luther Kings “I have a dream”
The Gettysburg Address
William Jennings Bryans Cross of Gold Speech

1. I did not have sexual relations with that woman. (Clinton)
2. There will be no whitewash in the Whitehouse. (Nixon)
3. I am totalogically disgustified. (Bush Junior) wolfie
FDR’s innaugural, “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself!”
Definitely the two that you mentioned.
What about Patrick Henry, “Give me Liberty or Give me Death!” Xyz Pdq
There have been many but most have one theme throughout, Liberty.
