You start small like you try out to be in commercials or extras in movies something like that. Then from there you work your way up, once your famous for one thing like acting, you can basically do anything from there because people already know who you are. zoe_yay
The media doesn’t go looking for information – you have to hand it to them. In the case of a band, it’s really difficult, because there are so many, but you can start by sending them a press release before your next gig. And talk seriously with the members of your band. What is different about them? What is unique? Do you have a football player on the oboe? That’s extreme, but it’s things like that, that the media will pick up on.
You can also donate your music at some charity event – a walk for peace or a run to cure cancer or whatever. If you set up and serenade the participants, you might grab a few minutes of television time. old lady
