On my homework it asks what do you believe are America’s three most famous speeches.

I think the Gettysburg Address and I Have a Dream for sure. But I don’t know a third.

I need to choose a famous speech to present at the end of the quarter. Anyone know an easy speech that isn’t very long, easy to comprehend, and doesn’t need a lot of emotion but will still be effective to deliver for my speech class?

I am making a speech at my high school graduation this Friday. I personally think that quoting a famous person is cliche, but what is everyone else’s opinion?

What are some famous speeches that have been given by foreign leaders?

Peter M asked:

I’m just trying to find some speeches given by foreign leaders. Not necessarily presidents, but maybe spiritual or social leaders as well. Do you have any in mind that you would care to share?

Preferably something quite famous, or maybe even a bit controversial. For example, Adolf Hitler’s Declaration of War on the US given on 11 December, 1941.

Thanks.
